Mission

DUS-I contributes to making the Netherlands a smarter and healthier country for everyone. We do this by providing grants in the social domain to institutions. Sometimes, we also provide grants to citizens.

Vision

The government provides grants to help people to fully participate in society. DUS-I is the key link between those who request grants (our customers) and the Ministry of Education, Culture and Science and Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport (our clients). As an expertise centre and by implementing the grants, we help to make the Netherlands a healthier and smarter country.

Strategy

We are an agile organisation that acts quickly and decisively. We put our customers first. We understand the issues our customers face, and we respond to these issues. We are aware of our specific expertise. We use this expertise to put grant schemes into practice from A to Z. These grant schemes range from simple to complex. We also give insight into the effect and reach of each scheme.

We stay in close touch with our customers during the whole process, from application to accountability. In this way, we continuously improve the quality of our services.
